Thurs, Sept 9 – East Harbor State Park
Crappy showers in women’s park shower room. David gave me pointers on hotter water…next time. To reward Mali dog and tire her out some more, we took Mali to the dog park. It was very successful as there were about 6 other dogs there and she can usually find one that will run with her. Next stop was the farmers market and got some fresh produce and melon. We took a ride around the park in jeep to scope it all out. East Harbor is a large state park and well maintained. I cannot imagine that in the summer it is crazy nuts and would not wish to be here then. Early September and it was pretty calm and quiet. I would stay here again and include it in a pass through to scope out more of the area. $31. Walk in the evening, ice cream. Done.
