May 4, 2016 - Day 1
We left New York's Hudson Valley this morning at 7 am and arrived at our overnight parking destination...the super Walmart in Calais, Maine. We reduced stops to a minimum this time and spent
less time overall in driving.
Our aim to to make almost all of our overnight parking spots SCENIC...commuting to and from doesn't count though...you get what you get.
Note to self: overnight parking spots for our 24 foot class c (no toad)
We also scoped out potential free places to stay on the way back along route 9 between Beddington and Wesley on gravel logging or forrest paths...just enough room for us to back in or some have turnarounds.
No pictures we are commuting to Nova Scotia.
