Day 33: Weds,

This morning we
took off early to explore Notom Bullfrog Road.
We went ALMOST all the way to the end (60? Miles on paved and dirt and
gravel) but we are low enough on gas to let the rest wait for another time so
that we can do other things we want to do.
We hiked some of the Surprise Canyon until we got to the part where we
would have had to crawl up a choke stone…to difficult with dog and I wasn’t
into it….too much work. I want to
walk. After that we drove up the Burr
Road switchbacks and travelled beyond that for maybe 8 miles. We wanted to check out future boondocking
sites that we would use to explore more of Burr Road (the further south
portion). Down the Burr Road Switchback
and home to the rv. We made it back for
cider/wine and dinner. Polish poker and
campfire.
