Driving from Cap Lumiere to Shediac to North
Rustico on Prince Edward Island. Driving
across the island we saw that the farmers were busy pulling their potatoes in
from the fields. Big Fields and big
equipment. I had read that Prince Edward
Island was “cultivate” and it surely is.
There were many large farms for agriculture and cows (didn’t look to see
if they were dairy or beef). It is also evident that this province embraces the "Anne of Green Gables" opportunities. Being here in October things are very quiet but during season, we imagine it definitely is not.
Overnight at
the wharf in North Rustico. No fishing now so things were quiet...David asked someone who drove in and it was fine to park there for the night. Walk a bit around the wharf.
