Day 7 – Sunday, October 8, 2017: The BLM lands outside of Goblin Valley…walked a couple of miles into one of the canyons. Drove the jeep a bit to investigate other places. Prepped for an early Morning bug out. Around 5 pm the wind kicked up big time and we were out in the Open with nothing to break the wind getting kicked around. We repositioned the rv and fora short time that seemed to work since we were not now broadside to the wind. Shortly, however, that changed. It was decided that we would try moving over to the ATV staging area campground and that worked much better. Not as much shake, rattle, Rollin the rv with other rv’s and swells/mountains to block the wind a bit.
