Day 6 – Saturday, October 7, 2017: The BLM lands outside of Goblin Valley…hiking, relaxing, NOT riding in the rv. Mali is on a 90 foot leash tied to the rv and she is happy, stays around us, occasionally barks if another dog is heard or seen. She chases lizards and anything that moves (not much here). We are learning just HOW many out of the way places there are to park the rv…some where you would think no rv would/should go. Mali has been quiet sleeping at night but gets up when I get up…around 5:30 or 6am…wish I could sleep later. Took Jeep back into one of the local canyons and walked briefly as it would be REALLY easy to get lost in this one.
