Day 18 - October 19, 2017: Utah! We love it.

Day 18 – Thursday, October 19, 2017 We cannot say it was anearly start leaving Cathedral Gorge State Park. Our first 

and only stop (but a long one) was civilization in the formof Cedar City, Utah. This town provided us with propane, 

stop at Petsense for dog treats, Laundry for a whopping 

$22! (including dog stuff), and walmart for veggies. 

Against our plans we arrived at our destination (a quick 

overnight) in the DARK. I hate doing that especially when 

you are trying to find a forest road. Fortunately, we had agps location to guide us or else it would have been really difficult. The spot we had hoped for and stayed at 

previously…a few miles west of Bryce Canyon National Park 

on Toms Best Spring Road…was taken but across the road 

there was just enough room. It was not far from the road (less than ¼ mile) but it was fine for a quick stop. We are not stopping at Bryce Canyon this time but continuing along route 12.
