The jeep took us up a wash to check out
The north section of Bowl of Fire at Lake Mead….5.5 or so miles in on dirt and
then a quick walk up another wash and over a hill to check it out. Some really
cool colors of oranges, pinks. I think Lake Mead is more than just about the lake. Mali did more stick fetching (which she is really good at) in the water and got more practice swimming (no pfd until we get home). She is cautious but getting more confident. Evening campfire as we still have some wood left.
