The coyote concert was brief and we all
fell asleep. 30’s at night currently so we set the heat-on-the wall at the
lowest it goes, throw on piles of quilts and SLEEP. Mali and I get up early
raise the heat a bit and turn on Mr. Buddy (and vent the rv a bit). Then we prepare
Mali’s breakfast and she is very patient but heaven forbid if you leave it on the counter to start something else. I will know about it as she “grumbles”. Today is canyon day! We explored Willis Creek Canyon…very nice and it was cool in the canyon. Mali appreciated the ice (eating it) on the little stream that ran through the canyon. Any more water and I would have had wet feet. It was a ride….maybe 45 minutes on dirt roads from our boondocking spot to get to the trailhead. Being a Saturday, we were not the only ones there…about 7 cars worth well spaced out.
